Vi gazed up at the remaining forces and, beyond them, the gleaming cityscape of Piltover. The man abandons his huge iron knuckles and carries away the kids from the massacre. It’s a heartwarming moment, as Vi yelled while the choking of a puppy with the other hand. The two stare the corpses of their mothers and father in the rubble with a frown. Viwith a merely stare to see whether he was seeing his parents. They hear from the powerful wind of a man slaming out the shit. Where we see the horrors in the world, we notice a much younger version of League champions Vi and Powder (who later become Jinx), as Vi leads her sister by the hand while she covers her eyes and sings a lullaby. As far as it goes, residents of Zaun tried to enter Piltover’s gates while being faced with the unbridled fury of their storm-trooper-esque Enforcers. One of the oldest houses in the world in the twenties of the mythic utopia of Tartover and Zaun, the sanctum of his own, two orphans are unbeaten by their parents. The first scene doesn’t waste any time setting the tone of the scene. And that’s all that makes its first episode so damn good. Even though there was little story for some of League’s most iconic champions, it is a lot better and more easy to write.
